How can I get help if I need it?
Start by having a look through the help menu which can be found on the Bytebaq software window. If you cannot find the information you need, Bytebaq offers email support included as part of the service. Send an email to . Include your Account Name in the email, then enter as much information as you can about the issue and the team will resolve your problem as quickly as possible. If your computer has failed or the Bytebaq software is not visible on your system, you can contact the support team from any other computer with an email account.
Support issues not related to Bytebaq
Please note that the Bytebaq support desk can only resolve issues associated with the service and the service software. If the problem is based on Bytebaq interacting with your firewall or other system you will need to contact the manufacturer for assistance with the issue. |
